Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw banana flower 1
  2. Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  4. Selim (perilla seed)
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. 1/2 chill pickle oil
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana flower into half add mustard oil mix properly
  2. Heat a iron kadhai add banana flower add green chilli rosted into low flame cover untill smoke flavour cool it
  3. Roast silam (perilla seed) cool it
  4. In a grinder add roasted banana flower green chill and silam make a smooth paste
  5. Add lemon juice and chill pickle oil
  6. Add salt to taste mix it
  7. Check the seasoning
  8. Serve with hot rice
