Its a burmese baigan rice .., its really very healthy and easy to make.., even kids love this biriyani very much.. my grand ma teaches this baigan biriyani recipe i want to do something innovative so i add tomato stuffed,, this is my #grandma_recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil - 3 tsp
  2. Brinji leaves - 2
  3. Star anise ,flower ,- 2
  4. Ginger - 2 cubes
  5. Garlic - 4 cloves
  6. Onion -2
  7. Tomato -1
  8. Green chillies - 4
  9. Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
  10. Brinjal - 6
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Yogurt - 3 tsp
  13. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  14. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  15. Kasakasa and cashew ( roast without oli n crush like powder)
  16. Recipe for home made biriyani powder
  17. Brinji leaves- 6
  18. Star anise - 4
  19. Cloves -1/2 tsp
  20. Coriander seeds - 3 tsp
  21. Dry chillies - 7
  22. Roast the given ingredients without oil, mix well together .., sit for few min, Grind the roasted ingredients Finely like powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE GINGER, GARLIC CRUSH FINELY
  2. CRUSH FINELY LIKE THIS, TAKE OUT THE GARLIC SKIN
  3. HEAT A PAN WITHOUT ADDING OIL ROAST THE KASAKASA AND CASHEW TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  4. KEEP IT SEPERATE FEW MINUTES
  5. CRUSH FINELY LIKE POWDER
  6. LIKE THIS,, KEEP IT SEPERATE ON A BOWL
  7. TAKE 1 CUP OF COCONUT MILK
  8. NOW COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS,
  9. HEAT A OIL IN A PAN ADD BRINJI LEAVES, STAR ANISE, FLOWER LET IT SPLUTTER
  10. ADD CRUSHED GINGER & GARLIC PASTE SAUTE TILL IT TURNS WITHOUT THAT GREEN SMELL AAD MINT LEAVES
  11. ADD GREEN CHILLIES ,ONION, TOMATO , SALT SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  12. ADD CUMIN POWDER & CRUSHED KASAKASA POWDER SAUTE
  13. ADD BRINJALS
  14. SAUTE TILL IT TURNS SHRINKY
  15. ADD 3 TSP YOGURT SAUTE
  16. ADD HOME MADE BIRIYANI POWDER, RECIPE IN INGREDIENTS
  17. ADD 1 CUP THICK COCONUT MILK MIX WELL TOGETHER
  18. ADD 1 CUP BASMATHI RICE MIX WELL
  19. STEAM THE RICE TILL IT TURNS HALF COOKED
  20. THE RICE IS HALF COOKED NOW
  21. NOW TRANSFER THE RICE INTO THE VESSEL , STEAM THE RICE IN COOKER FOR 2 WHISTLES 5 MINUTES
  22. NOW THE BAIGAN BIRIYANI IS READY
  23. Transfer into the pan
  24. Take 1 tomato remove the inner potion like this
  25. Stuff the biriyani into the tomato u can add ur toppings s ur wish
  26. The baigan biriyani is very healthy n tasty too.., my fav all time.., must try and tell ur feed back
