  1. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  2. Red chilli 1
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Water 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tamarind 1/2 gooseberry sized

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL ADD CHILLI
  2. FRY ONION
  3. SAUTE TILL TENDER
  4. GRATED COCONUT, TURN OFF FLAME
  5. TAMARIND AND TURMERIC POWDER
  6. GRIND BY ADDING SOME WATER
  7. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL, ADD SALT, MIX WELL AND SERVE
