Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 1 chopped
  2. Lady's finger 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  6. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a lady finger wash it and clean with kitchen towel
  2. Then take a pan .cut the lady finger in round shape
  3. Then fry in the oil
  4. Then take a pan. Add oil and add onion and saute it.
  5. Then add fried bhindi and all spices .
  6. Mix well
