  1. Radish 1
  2. Salt 1 tbsp
  3. Batter: all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  4. Corn flour 1/4 cup
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 1 tsp
  10. Frying: sufficient vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. PEEL THE RADISH
  2. CUT 2 CM THICK ROUNDLES
  3. SLICE INTO THIN SLICES, LEAVING 1/2 CM AT THE BOTTOM UNSLICED.
  4. CUT THE OPPOSITE SIDE IN CROSS DIRECTION
  5. ACCORDION / NET LIKE STRUCTURE
  6. KEEP IN SALTED WATER FOR 15 MINUTES
  7. BATTER: 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1/4 CUP CORN FLOUR SALT TURMERIC CHILLI POWDER CUMIN POWDER OIL 1 TSP WATER
  8. THIN FREE FLOWING BATTER
  9. MORE STRETCHY AFTER TAKING OUT OF SALTED WATER
  10. DIP IN BATTER FRY IN MEDIUM HOT OIL
  11. ONCE GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR TAKE THEM OUT OF OIL
  12. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA OVER IT
