Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour. 1 cup
  2. Oats. 1/2 +. 1&1/2 tbs
  3. Jaggery. 2 tbs
  4. Sugar. 1/2 tbs
  5. Ghee. 2 tbs
  6. Oil 1&1/2 tbs,
  7. Salt. 1/2 tsp
  8. Water. 1/2 cup
  9. Green grapes. 1/4 cup
  10. Red grapes. 1/4 cup
  11. Dry fruits. 1/4 cups
  12. Chopped nuts. 1/4 cup
  13. Mawa. 1/2 tbs
  14. Powder milk. 1 tbs
  15. Cinnamon stick, cardamom. 2

Instructions

  1. POMEGRANATE,RED GRAPES, BLACK GRAPES, JAGGERY,DRY FRUITS, POWDER MILK, OIL,GHEE.
  2. POWDERED MAWA,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,SALT, CINAMON STICK . CARDAMOM.
  3. IN A PAN ADD 1/2 TBS MELTED GHEE.
  4. ADD CINAMON & CARDAMOM.
  5. ADD 1 TBS OATS .
  6. FRY OATS UNTIL IT GETS CRISPY, BROWN.
  7. ADD POMEGRANATE, BLACK GRAPES OR COULD USE OTHER FRUITS AS TO CHOICE.
  8. ADD NUTS& DRY FRUITS.
  9. ADD 1/2 TBS POWDERED MAWA.
  10. 1 TSP SUGAR.
  11. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
  12. ADD 2 TBS JAGGERY IN 1/2 CUP OF BOILING WATER.
  13. STIR WELL TO DISSOLVE JAGGERY WITH WATER.JAGGERY SERYP IS READY.
  14. TRANSFER 1 CUP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL.
  15. ADD 1&1/2 TBS OATS.
  16. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
  17. ADD 1 TBS POWDER MILK.
  18. ADD 1/2 TBS MELTED GHEE.
  19. ADD HOT JAGGERY SYRUP LITTLE BY LITTLE.
  20. COMBINE INGREDIENTS WITH HAND.
  21. MAKE A SOFT& SMOOTH DOUGH.
  22. ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 6/7 MINUTES.
  23. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 4/5 BEACHES.
  24. FLATTEN WITH ROLLING PIN MAKE CIRCLE SHAPED ROTI.
  25. ROTIES SHOULD BE VERY THIN.
  26. GREASE ROTI WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF GHEE.
  27. SPRINKLE FLOUR OVER IT.
  28. GIVE ROTI FOUR FOLDS.
  29. FLATTEN OUT WITH ROLLING PIN AGAIN.
  30. MAKE SQUARE SHAPED PARTHA.
  31. TAKE ONE PARTHA&SPREAD FRUITS FILLING OVER IT.
  32. BRUSH WATER IN EACH EDGE.
  33. COVER WITH ANOTHER PARATHA.
  34. SEAL THE EDGES CREATING MOTIFS WITH FINGERS.
  35. FRUITY, JUICY, JAGGERY PARATHA IS DONE.
  36. HEAT TAVA/ PAN SPREAD THE PARATHA. OVER PAN CAREFULLY.
  37. FRY BOTH SIDE OF FRUITY PARATHA EVENLY.BY FLIPPING & PRESSING.ADD 1/2 TBS OIL ON THE EDGES.
  38. ONCE IT IS DONE. TRANSFER IT & CUT INTO PIECES.
  39. ARRANGE PARATHAS IN SERVING PLATE.
  40. GARNISH WITH FRESH GREEN GRAPES.
  41. GARNISH WITH FRESH BLACK GRAPES.
  42. ARRANGE SOME LEAVES TO DECORATE.
  43. SPRINKLE SOME POMEGRANATE PEARLS OVER IT.
  44. FRUITY,JUICY, JAGGERY PARATHA...... ENJOY ITS DELICACY...
