Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 400 grm
  2. 4 garlic pods crushed
  3. Onions 2 sliced
  4. Onion pwdr 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Chillie pwdr 1tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Bell peppers all 3 ,1 each sliced

Instructions

  1. TAKE A KADAI & ADD OIL
  2. ADD 4 GARLIC PODS CRUSHED
  3. ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS
  4. MIX
  5. ADD 1 TBSP ONION PWDR
  6. 1 TBSP GARLIC PWDR
  7. 1 TSP SALT
  8. 1 TSP CHILLIE PWDR
  9. MIX
  10. NOW ADD WASHED CLEANED AND CUT CHICKEN.I HAVE USED BONELESS LEG & SLICED THEM INTO DIAGONAL STRIP
  11. SAUTEE THE CHICKEN ON HIGH FLAME TILL THEY TURN COLOR
  12. WEN THEY ARE NICELY SAUTEED
  13. ADD YELLOW BELL PEPPER 1 SLICED LENGTHWISE
  14. THEN RED BELL PEPPER 1 SLICED
  15. AND GREEN BELL PEPPER 1 SLICED
  16. MIX WELL
  17. LOWER THE FLAME AND LET IT COOK TILL CHICKEN IS DONE.DO NOT ADD WATER.LET IT COOK ON ITS OWN
  18. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
  19. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES HAND FUL
  20. MIX
  21. TAKE A COAL AND HEAT IT ON GAS
  22. TAKE A FOIL PC AND PLACE OVER THE CHICKEN
  23. ADD THE HOT COAL
  24. PUT GHEE OVER THE COAL
  25. COVER IMMEDIATELY AND LET THE CHICKEN ABSORB THE SMOKE.THIS IS GIVE THE SMOKYNESS TO THE CHICKEN
  26. TAKE 1 FRESH MADE CHAPATI
  27. ADD FEW MINT LEAVES
  28. ADD THE CHICKEN FAJITA
  29. ROLL THE CHAPATI AND WRAP IT IN BUTTER PAPER
