Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 3/4 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE MILK, ADD SALT
  2. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, MIX WELL AND KNEAD IT
  3. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR ATLEAST 4-5 MINUTES, DOUGH IS READY
  4. DEVIDE SAME SIZE BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH
  5. TAKE A BALL AND DUST IT WITH FLOUR AND ROLL IT
  6. ROLL IT
  7. TRANSFER ON HOT TAWA AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES
  8. FLIP OVER AND SMEAR GHEE
  9. AGAIN FLIP OVER
  10. SMEAR OIL
  11. BOTH THE SIDES ROASTED, NOW REMOVE AND SERVE
