  1. Hung curd 2 tbsp
  2. Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped coriender 1 tbsp
  7. Bread slices 4
  8. Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. TAKE HUNG CURD ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND MUSTARD SEEDS.
  2. ADD SALT, CHOPPED ONION,AND CHOPPED CORIENDER.
  3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS.
  4. CUT ALL THE EDGES OF BREAD SLICES.
  5. SPREAD THE STUFFING ON A BREAD SLICE.
  6. COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE.
  7. BRUSH IT WITH GHEE AND GRILL.
  8. WHEN YOU GOT BEAUTIFUL BROWN COLOUR CUT INTO DESIRED PIECES KEEP IN A TIFFIN.
