Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Broccoli 1/2kg.
  2. Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Onion 1 ( diced)
  4. Garlic 1 tsp(Chopped)
  5. Ginger 1tsp(Julian cut)
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp(Julian cut)
  7. Fresh malai 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tep
  10. Coriender powder 1 ysp
  11. Gram Flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
  12. Fresh Chopped coriender 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN FRESH MALAI ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, JULIAN CUT GINGER AND TURMERIC.
  2. MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE.
  3. IN PRE-HEATED OIL ADD CHOPPED ONION AND GARLIC.
  4. SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  5. ADD BROCCOLI AND SALT.
  6. WHEN BROCCOLI IS HALF COOKED ADD MALAI MIX AND MIX WELL.
  7. ROAST GRAM FLOUR .
  8. WHEN GRAM FLOUR TURNED LIGHT BROWN ADD THIS TO THE BROCCOLI.
  9. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIENDER POWDER.
  10. GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CORIENDER.
