Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Broccoli 200grams
  2. Roasted semolina 1cup
  3. Green chillies 5
  4. Ginger small piece
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Yellow split dal 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water 2 cups
  11. Oil 2 tablespoons
  12. Cashews 1 tablespoon
  13. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Very finely chopped broccoli, ginger and green chilli keep aside
  2. In a sauce pan heat oil and add mustard, cumin seeds, yellow split dal, cashews fry for 2 mins
  3. Then add chopped broccoli, chillies, ginger, salt and turmeric fry for until evaporate all moister
  4. Then add water once water boiling add rava slowly and mix well
  5. Close the lid and cook on low flame for about 5 mins
