Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer cut into cubes. 200 gms.
  2. Dried fenugreek leaves. 2Tbsp
  3. Puff pastry sheets(Thawed)
  4. Oil 1Tbsp
  5. Chopped onion. 1Medium
  6. Chopped tomatoes 2 Medium
  7. Red chilli powder. 1Tsp
  8. Turmeric powder. 1/2Tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1Tbsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 Tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING PANEER POCKETS.
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ,ADD CUMIN SEEDS.
  3. WHEN CUNIM SEEDS SPLUTTER ADD CHOPPED ONION AND COOK UNTIL TRANSLUCENT IN COLOR.
  4. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND ALL THE DRY SPICES.
  5. SAUTE AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  6. ADD DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES AND STIR WELL.
  7. ADD PANEER CUBES TO THE PREPARED MASALA AND MIX WELL.
  8. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND TURN OFF THE GAS.
  9. TAKE THE PREPARED MIXTURE IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE TO COOL DOWN.
  10. GREASE THE BAKING PAN AND KEEP ASIDE.
  11. SPRINKLE LITTLE FLOUR ON KITCHEN COUNTER,PLACE PASTRY SHEET AND WITH ROLLING PIN ROLL INTO SHEET.
  12. CUT THE ROLLED SHEETS INTO EQUAL PARTS.
  13. TAKE ONE SQUARE AND PLACE LITTLE STUFFING ON IT,COVER WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF SQUARE.PRESS THE SIDES .
  14. KEEP IN THE GREASED PAN,AND SAME WAY PREPARE ALL THE POCKETS.
  15. APPLY LITTLE OIL OVER THE POCKETS WITH BRUSH.
  16. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 190*C FOR 20 MINUTES.
  17. TAKE OUT FROM THE OVEN AND PLACE ON RACK TO COOL DOWN.
  18. PANEER POCKETS ARE READY.
