Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dosa rice 1 cup
  2. Salt jackfruit flakes 2 cup
  3. Water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAK SALTED JACKFRUIT FLAKES IN WATER FOR AN HOUR, THEN WASH 3-4 TIMES IN FRESH WATER TO REMOVE SALT
  2. TAKE A CUP OF SOAKED DOSA RICE, ADD SOAKED JACKFRUIT
  3. ADD JACKFRUIT FLAKES
  4. ADD SALT AND WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  6. MIX WELL, DO NOT ADD MORE WATER AS THE DOSA IS REMOVED A BIT TOUGH.
  7. POUR LADDLEFULL OF BATTER ON THE CENTER OF THE HEATED IRON TAVA AND GENTLY SPREAD IT.
  8. NOW OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE SOME OIL AND FLIP OVER IT TO COOK ANOTHER SIDE.
  9. COOK FOR A MINUTE IN MEDIUM FLAME, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
