ABOUT Kheema Kababs RECIPE

These kebabs are good by themselves but taste good with Roti too.They are easy to carry for tiffins and travels

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton kheema 400 grms
  2. Gg paste 2 tbsp
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 potato cut into cubes
  5. 1/2 cup chana dal soaked
  6. Garam masala pwdr a pinch
  7. Dry spices 1 tsp each
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Fresh mint leaves hand ful chopped
  10. Suji 1/2 cupfor rolling the kababs
  11. 2 eggs for frying
  12. Salt and chillie pwdr for the egg acc to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE A COOKER ADD OIL AND ADD 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  2. ADD 2 CUT CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION
  4. ADD 1 POTATO CUT INTO CUBES
  5. ADD MUTTON KHEEMA 400 GMS.WASH CLEAN AND DRAIN THE KHEEMA
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP PRE SOAKED CHANA DAL
  7. ADD 1 TSP SALT
  8. 1 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  9. 1TSP HALDI PWDR
  10. 1 TBSP DHANIA PWDR
  11. 1 TBSP ZEERA PWDR
  12. PUT THE COOKER ON THE STOVE AND MIX WELL.SAUTE THE KHEEMA NICELY FOR 5 TO 7 MINS
  13. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER. ADD JUST ENOUGH WATER SO AS TO COOK KHEEMA
  14. ALL DONE
  15. MASH THE KHEEMA MIXTURE
  16. IT'S SHULD BE DRY.NO WATER SHOULD BE THERE.
  17. ADD FRESH MINT LEAVES HANDFUL AND CHOPPED
  18. ADD A PINCH OF GARAM MASALA PWDR
  19. MIX
  20. TAKE SMALL BALL AND START SHAPING THE KABAB
  21. ROLL THE KEBAB IN RAWA
  22. TAKE 2 EGGS AND ADD SALT ACC TO YOUR TASTE
  23. ADD LITTLE RED CHILLIE PWDR
  24. WHISK THE EGGS WITH FORK
  25. DIP EACH KEBAB IN THE EGG
  26. AND DROP THEM IN HOT OIL.MAKE SURE THE STOVE IS ON MEDIUM
  27. TURN SIDES
  28. REMOVE THEM ON KITCHEN TOWEL
