ABOUT Fusilli pasta with capsicum and mushroom RECIPE

Healthy delicious breakfast or lunch recipe,I used to make regularly with little changes,this is one of my children favourite dish.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Fusilli pasta -100 gm
  2. Olive Oil or any veg oil -1 tbsp
  3. Sliced onion -1
  4. Sliced capsicum -1
  5. Sliced mushroom -100 gm
  6. Salt& pepper to taste
  7. Hot sauce -1/2 tsp
  8. Green chilli sauce-1/2 tsp
  9. Soy sauce-1/2 tsp
  10. Finally to garnish garlic mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS:-FUSILLI PASTA,OIL,SLICED ONION,CAPSICUM, MUSHROOM,CHILLI ,HOT AND SOYSAUCE ,SALT,PEPPER
  2. BOIL ENOUGH WATER,ADD LITTLE SALT AND A TSP OF OIL.
  3. ADD PASTA,LET IT BOIL FOR FIVE MINUTES.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. ADD SLICED ONION,CAPSICUM AND MUSHROOMS.
  6. STIR WELL, ADD SALT
  7. SAUTE WELL UNTIL DRY.
  8. NOW PASTA COOKED SOFT,DRAIN AND ADD .
  9. SPRINKLE PEPPER.
  10. ADD HOT SAUCE,SOY SAUCE AND GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
  11. MIX WELL.
  12. READY.
  13. SERVE IN A PLATE OR LUNCH BOX.
  14. GARNISH WITH A TBSP OF GARLIC MAYONNAISE.
  15. ENJOY !
