ABOUT Quick Curd Sandwich RECIPE

Yogurt sandwich is a great tiffin recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. ¾ cup thick curd / hung curd / yogurt
  2. ¼ cup mayonnaise, eggless
  3. ½ tsp pepper powder
  4. ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped
  5. ¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. ¼ cup cabbage, finely chopped
  8. 6 slices bread, white
  9. 2 tsp butter
  10. 1 tsp sesame seeds, til

Instructions

  1. Mix 3/4 cup thick/hung curd and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt and 1/4 cup each of capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
  3. Add 1 tsp grated ginger.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Sandwich spread is ready.
  6. Spread generously over the bread slices.
  7. Cover & press down with another bread slice.
  8. Melt 1 tsp butter on a pan and sprinkle 1/2 tsp sesame seeds.
  9. Place the prepared sandwich on top and grill.
  10. Grill all sandwiches till golden brown.
  11. Cut into halves. Serve.
