  1. Leftover sweet potato 1 cup
  2. Leftover watery coconut sweet milk 3 cup
  3. Cardamom powder crushed 1 tsp
  4. Raisins few
  5. Ghee 1 tsp
  6. Cashews few
  7. Water

Instructions

  1. MASH AND ADD IN MIXIE JAR THE LEFTOVER SWEET POTATOES
  2. ADD SOME LEFTOVER COCONUT SWEET MILK
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. POUR THE GROUND PASTE INTO SOME COCONUT MILK, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND BOIL IT
  5. ADD CRUSHED CARDAMOM
  6. ADD RAISINS INTO BOILING PAYASAM
  7. HEAT GHEE
  8. ADD CASHEWS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  9. ADD INTO PAYASAM AND SERVE
