  1. Cooked ivy gourd and chickpeas 2 cup
  2. Leftover squeezed coconut pulp 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. ADD SALT TO COOKED IVY GOURD AND CHICKPEAS
  2. HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. WHEN IT SPLUTTER ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
  4. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND COOKED IVY GOURD
  5. ADD LEFTOVER COCONUT PULP
  6. MIX WELL AND SERVE PALYAM
