Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice kadubu chopped 2 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Jeera I tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  5. Water
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tamarind syrup 1 tsp
  8. Jaggery syrup 1 tsp
  9. Cooking oil 4 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Urad dal 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli 1
  13. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. CHOP THE LEFTOVER RICE KADUBU INTO SMALL PIECES
  2. ADD COCONUT, JEERA [CUMIN SEEDS] AND SOME WATER INTO MIXIE JAR
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  5. ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
  6. ADD CURRY LEAVES, TURMERIC POWDER AND GROUND PASTE
  7. ADD SOME WATER, SALT TO TASTE AND LET IT BE BOIL
  8. SAUTE IN A WHILE
  9. ADD CHOPPED RICE KADUBU
  10. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP AND TAMARIND SYRUP
  11. MIX WELL
  12. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
