ABOUT One pot khada pav bhaji RECIPE

This is a perfect sunday breakfast recipe, spicy and delicious pav bhaji.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1 bowl
  2. Potatoes 2
  3. Tomatoes 2
  4. Onions 2
  5. Peas 1 bowl
  6. Pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Butter
  9. Cheese - 4 cubes

Instructions

  1. Heat some butter in a pressure cooker pan, add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  2. Blanch the vegetables and mash them slightly.
  3. Now add the spices to the pan and mix well. Then add the blanched and mashed vegetables.
  4. Mix well and add water.
  5. Close the lid and cook until you get 4 whistles.
  6. Open the lid and mix well, add salt as required. Mix well and the bhaji is ready to be served. Serve hot with some toasted pav bread with some butter on top.
