  1. 10-12 mushrooms
  2. 100 gms cream cheese
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  4. 1 garlic cloves minced
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1 cup chopped spinach leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp parsley
  9. 1tbsp melted butter
  10. Salt
  11. 3tbsp breadcrumbs
  12. 3tbsp grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. GENTLY TUG MUSHROOM STEMS WITHOUT BREAKING MUSHROOM
  3. CUT THE STEMS IN SMALL PIECES
  4. HEAT 1TBSP BUTTER,ADD STEMS, MINCED GARLIC UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES OFF
  5. ADD SALT PEPPER, RED CHILLY FLAKES, OREGANO, PARSLEY. MIX WELL
  6. ADD CHOPPED SPINACH LEAVES, SAUTE UNTIL SPINACH WILTS
  7. ADD CREAM CHEESE, SAUTE UNTIL IT MELTS. SWITCH OFF
  8. ADD 3TBSP BREADCRUMBS. MIX WELL.
  9. STUFFING IS READY
  10. GENEROUSLY STUFF MUSHROOMS
  11. SPRINKLE CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP. PLACE ON BAKING TRAY
  12. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180. BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES
  13. SERVE HOT
