  9. TenderCoconut water - 4 cups
  10. China grass - 20 grams
  11. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  12. Tender coconut flesh chopped - 1/4 cup
  13. Milk maid -1/4 cup
  14. Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
  15. For toppings
  16. Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  17. Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. TAKE FOOD PROCESSOR
  2. POUR EGG
  3. ADD SUGAR
  4. BEAT WELL FOR 5 MINUTES
  5. INBETWEEN ADD VANILLA ESSENCE
  6. AND A PINCH OF SALT
  7. OFF THE PROCESSOR
  8. TAKE MAIDA IN A CUP ADD BAKING POWDER
  9. MIX WELL
  10. POUR THE EGG MIXTURE
  11. MIX WELL
  12. GREASE BAKING DISH WITH BUTTER
  13. POUR THE CAKE MIXTURE
  14. PUT THE CAKE INTO PREHEATED 180°C OVEN BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES
  15. OUR CAKE IS READY NOW LET IT COOL
  16. MEANWHILE SOAK CHINA GRASS IN TENDER COCONUT WATER FOR 15 MINUTES
  17. HEAT TILL IT IS MELTED
  18. STIR OCCASIONALLY
  19. ADD SUGAR
  20. STIR WELL
  21. REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE GLASS TRAY
  22. POUR TENDERCOCONUT MIXTURE INTO THE SAME GLASS TRAY
  23. ADD TENDER COCONUT FLESH
  24. MIX IT PUT IT INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 15 MINUTES TILL IT IS HALF SET
  25. PLACE THE CAKE ON IT
  26. CHILL FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS
  27. MEANWHILE HEAT A PAN
  28. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  29. SUGAR
  30. SUATE TILL IT BECOME GOLDEN BROWN ON MEDIUM FLAME
  31. CARAMALISED COCONUT TOPPING IS READY
  32. TAKE THICK COCONUT MILK ADD MILK MAID
  33. MAKE A THICK CREAM
  34. SEPARATE IT FROM THE GLASS TRAY BY FLIPPING IT OVER
  35. WARM IT SO THAT THE JELLY COMES OUT SMOOTHLY
  36. SLOWLY REMOVE THE GLASS TRAY
  37. SPREAD COCONUT MILK CREAM
  38. THEN PUT CARAMALISED COCONUT
  39. TENDER COCONUT CRUNCHY GLAZE IS READY TO SERVE
