Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rawa 1 cup
  2. Bread 10
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper 1 tsp
  5. Onion 2
  6. Tomato 2
  7. Cabbage 1 cup
  8. Capsicum 1
  9. Ghee as per requirements

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP RAWA. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER.(ADD WATER AS MUCH AS YOUR RAWA GETS SOAKED )
  2. MIX
  3. FINELY CHOP 2 CARROTS, 1 CUP CABBAGE 2 ONIONS AND 1 CAPSICUM
  4. ADD ALL IN RAWA MIXTURE
  5. MIX
  6. ADD LITTLE WATER
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  9. TAKE A BREAD AND SPREAD THE MIXTURE ONTO TOP
  10. HEAT TAWA. ADD LITTLE GHEE. PUT THE BREAD ONTO THE SIDE WHERE MIXTURE IS SPREAD
  11. FLIP AND COOK ON OPPOSITE SIDE
  12. CUT AND SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE
