  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ginger garlic paste
  8. Oil for brush
  9. 3 skewers
  10. 2 Tablespoons of curd
  11. Capsicum 1

Instructions

  1. ADD CURD
  2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER,CUMIN POWDER
  3. RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD SALT
  5. ADD GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD WASHED BONELESS CHICKEN
  9. MERGENT FOR 1-2 HOURS (REFRIGERATE)
  10. ADD ROUGHLY CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  11. MIX WELL
  12. USING SKEWER
  13. READY TO GRILL
  14. APPLY SOME OIL
  15. GRILL FOR 10 MINUTES FOR ONE SIDE
  16. NEXT 10 MINUTES GRILL FOR ANOTHER SIDE
  17. NICELY GRILLED AROMATIC CHICKEN TIKKA
  18. NICELY COOKED
