Khajur Til mithai ladoo is a fusion of Khajurak and til pak...very delicious fusion this is it's very yummy and very healthy in this winter we Gujarati call it Vasana. This is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm dates ( khajoor)
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 2 tsp ginger powder
  4. 2 tsp poppy seeds
  5. Almonds 1/2 cup shreded
  6. 2 tbsp rasins
  7. 2 tbsp pistachios
  8. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  9. 1 cup sesame seeds
  10. 1 cup jaggery
  11. 1/2 cup sesame oil
  12. Varakh for garnish
  13. 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP GHEE ADD 500 GM DATES (KHJOOR)
  2. MIX AND SAUTE FOR TWO MINUTES
  3. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  4. NOW SAUTE FOR TEN MINUTES
  5. MIX AND MASH IT
  6. ADD 1 TSP GINGER POWDER
  7. NOW ADD 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS
  8. ADD 1TSP ALMONDS, SHREDDED AND 1 TSP PISTACHIOS
  9. ADD 1 TSP OF CARDAMOM POWDER
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT ,1 TBSP RAISINS
  11. MIX
  12. KHAJOORPAK IS READY AND TAKE IT OUT IN A PLATE.
  13. NOW TAKE 1 CUP SESAME SEEDS IN MIXER GRINDER JAR.
  14. NOW CHURN
  15. ADD 1 CUP JAGGERY.. CHURN
  16. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP SESAME OIL & CHURN
  17. ADD 1 TSP GINGER POWDER, 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS
  18. NOW ADD SOME PISTACHIO AND SOME ALMONDS
  19. MIX
  20. GARNISH
  21. TIL PAK/KACHARIYU
  22. MAKE BIG BALL FROM KHAJOOR PAK, FILL WITH KACHARIYA AND MAKE BALL
  23. MAKE SAME AS HEART SHAPE
  24. COVER WITH VARKH
  25. SERVE
