Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Donuts
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  5. garnulates sugar ( measure and then powdered) 1/3 cup
  6. Unsalted butter 2 tablespoons
  7. saffron milk 1/4 cup
  8. Curd 1/4 cup
  9. cardamom essence 3 droop
  10. For Glaze
  11. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  12. sugar 3_4 tablespoons
  13. Cornflour 1 teaspoon
  14. saffron milk 2 tablespoon
  15. Nuts for garnishing
  16. cardamom essence 2 droop
  17. chocolate Ganache for decorating

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA, 2 TBSP BUTTER INTO 1 CUP FLOUR
  2. MIX IT WELL
  3. GRIND 1/3 CUP SUGAR
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF COTTAGE CHEESE, CURD & SAFFRON MILK
  5. ADD 3 DROPS OF CARDAMOM ESSENCE
  6. BLEND TOGETHER
  7. ADD INTO THE FLOUR MIXTURE
  8. MIX WELL TILL GIVEN CONSISTENCY
  9. GREASE CUPCAKE MOULDS
  10. ADD THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULDS, TAP
  11. SHAPE ALUMINIUM FOIL INTO CYLINDERS
  12. FIX AT THE CENTRE TO MAKE A DONUT HOLE
  13. THESE ARE NOW READY TO BAKE
  14. BAKE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180° C FOR 13 MINS
  15. FOR GLAZE, ADD 3-4 TBSP SUGAR INTO 1/2 CUP HEATED CREAM
  16. ADD 1/4 CUP SAFFRON INFUSED MILK
  17. ADD 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR, MIX WELL
  18. ADD A FEW DROPS OF CARDAMOM ESSENCE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  19. TAKE THE BAKED DONUTS OUT OF THE OVEN
  20. POUR THE GLAZE OVER THE DONUTS
  21. SPRINKLE MIXED NUTS
  22. DECORATE WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE
  23. BAKED RASMALAI DONUTS ARE READY...!!
