  1. FOR CHICKEN TIKKA
  2. Chicken 250 gm
  3. Shan chicken tikka masala 3 tbsp
  4. SHAN Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  5. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  6. CURD 4 TO 5 TBSP
  7. 1 BIG CAPSICUM
  8. 2 ONIONS
  9. SALT TO TASTE
  10. GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 TBSP
  11. CHILLI SAUCE 1 TBSP
  12. RED CHILLY POWDER.2 TBSP
  13. CASHEW PASTE - 1 TBSP

Instructions

  1. INGRIDENTS FOR CHICKEN TIKKA:250 GM CHICKEN,SHAAN CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA 3 TBSP,SHAN CHICKEN TANDOORI MASALA 1 TBSP,CURD 4 TO 5 TBSP,1 BIG CAPSICUM,2 ONIONS,SALT TO TASTE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 TBSP,CHILLI SAUCE 1 TBSP,RED CHILLIES PWDR.2 TBSP CASHEW PASTE
  2. MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA,CHICKEN TANDOORI MASALA,RED CHILLIES PWDR, CURD AND CHILLI SAUCE
  3. MIX WELL AND MARINATE FOR 2 HRS
  4. MEAN WHILE BLANCH 4 TOMATOES
  5. REMOVE FROM WATER ,REMOVE THE SKIN
  6. GRIND THE TOMATOES
  7. MAKE A FINE PASTE
  8. TAKE OIL ADD ZEERA WHOLE GRAM MASALA
  9. ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD THE TOMATO PUREE
  12. LET IT COOK TILL THE CHICKEN IS ALMOST DONE
  13. ADD 2 TBSP CASHEW PASTE
  14. MIX WELL.THE GRAVY WILL THICKEN
  15. ADD CUT CAPSICUM
  16. ADD CUBED ONIONS
  17. MIX WELL AND LET IT COOK FOR 5 MINS
  18. TAKE A COAL PIECE AND HEAT IT ON DIRECT FLAME
  19. PUT A FOIL ON THE CHICKEN
  20. PUT THE HOT COAL PIECE
  21. ADD GHEE
  22. IMMEDIATELY COVER WITH A LID
  23. FOR THE WHOLE WHEAT TACOS:TAKE REGULAR CHAPATI DOUGH AND MAKE SMALL CHAPATIS.MAKE THEM LITTLE THICK AND MAKE LIKE REGULAR ROTI.
  24. TAKE THE ROTI PUT ON A BAKING TRAY AND PUT A FOIL IN BETWEEN
  25. THE FOIL IS KEPT TO GIVE THE CHAPATIS THE SHELL SHAPE
  26. BAKE THEM IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 220 DEGREES FOR 10 MINS
  27. ASSEMBLING: TAKE THE TACO
  28. ADD THE CHICKEN TIKKA DRY GRAVY
  29. ADD SOME CHILLI SAUCE
  30. ADD ONION RINGS
  31. ADD MINT
  32. CHICKEN TIKKA TACO FUSION ALL READY TO BE SERVED
