ABOUT Dhokla Sushi RECIPE

Delicious dhokla sushi is my fusion dish made with dhokla and sauted veggies . Best snackes for tiffin box and kids party.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dhokla batter 1 bowl
  2. Salt 2 pinch
  3. Oil 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped onion 1
  5. Coloured capsicum 1 cup ( red, green, yellow)
  6. Salt Pinch
  7. Maggi masala 1 packet
  8. Black sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Grated coconut 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves 5-6
  11. Chilli garlic cheese mix spread 4 - 5 tbsp
  12. Ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 PINCHES OF SALT IN 1 BOWL OF DHOKLA BATTER. MIX WELL.
  2. GREASE A PLATE WITH OIL.
  3. POUR 1 LADLE OF THE BATTER IN THE GREASED PLATE. SPREAD IT EVENLY.
  4. KEEP PLATE IN DHOKLA COOKER FOR 10 MINUTES.
  5. USING A KNIFE, GENTLY CUT THE EDGES OF THE DHOKLA. KEEP ASIDE.
  6. ADD 1 TSP OIL.
  7. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION & 1 CUP OF SLICED YELLOW, RED & GREEN CAPSICUM.
  8. SAUTE FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES.
  9. ADD 1 PACKET OF MAGGI MASALA POWDER. MIX.
  10. SPRINKLE SALT. MIX & REMOVE INTO A BOWL.
  11. GENTLY REMOVE DHOKLA FROM THE PLATE.
  12. ON CLING FILM, PUT SOME CORIANDER LEAVES.
  13. SPRINKLE GRATED COCONUT & BLACK SESAME SEEDS.
  14. CAREFULLY PLACE THE DHOKLA ROTI.
  15. ADD 1-2 TBSP OF CHILLI GARLIC CHEESE MIX. SPREAD EVENLY.
  16. ADD VEGETABLE MIXTURE ON ONE SIDE OF DHOKLA.
  17. THEN START TO ROLL.
  18. DHOKLA LOG IS READY. LEAVE FOR 5 MINUTES.
  19. CUT THE LOG INTO CYLINDRICAL PIECES.
  20. SERVE WITH KETCHUP OR CHUTNEY.
