I have used Soya instead of meat and made veg version of Chopsuey. This dish is fusion of American Chopsuey in desi style. These parathas are really delicious and best served warm with sauces

1 noodles packet (like Maggi)
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup thinly juliened capsicum and bell peppers
1/4 grated carrots
2tbsp finely julienned french beans
1 medium sized onions chopped
120 gms soya granules
3 tbsp tomato chiili sauce
1tsp vinegar
11/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste

INGREDIENTS
TAKE 360 ML WATER, ADD SOYA
BOIL SOYA WITH PINCH OF SALT
DRAIN EXCESS LIQUID
RUN UNDER COLD WATER 2-3 TIMES
SQUEEZE DRY AND KEEP IT ASIDE
ADD NOODLES IN 160 ML WATER
NOODLES SHOULD BE SEMI COOKED. ADD OIL TO PREVENT STICKING TO EACH OTHER
FRY NOODLES
IT SHOULD BE GOLDEN BROWN, BREAK IT INTO SEV LIKE PIECES
HEAT OIL AND ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
ADD CHOPPED ONIONS WHEN RAW AROMA OF GINGER GARLIC GOES AWAY
ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES
MIX WELL AND SAUTE
ADD SOYA
MIX WELL
ADD SALT AND PEPPER
ADD SAUCE AND VINEGAR
MIX WELL
ADD FRIED NOODLES AND MIX WELL
TAKE CHOPSUEY IN A BOWL, ADD FLOUR
MIX AND ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE
ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
KNEAD DOUGH
ADD OIL FOR KNEADING
KNEAD A FIRM DOUGH
ROLL PARATHA GENTLY SINCE IT CONTAINS NOODLES AND VEGGIES
PLACE IT GENTLY ON HEATED SKILLET
FLIP AND COOK BOTH SIDES
SMEAR OIL WHEN BROWNED
SERVE HOT WITH MOMO CHUTNEY OR SCHEZWAN SAUCE OR TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE
