Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Noodles one packet boiled and fried
  2. One table spoon oil + for frying
  3. Corn flour one table spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For gravy - oil two table spoon
  6. Garlic one tea spoon
  7. Green onion one table spoon + garnishing
  8. Carrot diced half cup
  9. Capsicum half cup diced
  10. Onion half cup diced
  11. Cabbage shredded half cup
  12. Tomato sauce two table spoon
  13. Soya sauce one tea spoon
  14. Shejwan sauce one tea spoon
  15. Vinegar one tea spoon
  16. Corn flour one table spoon
  17. Water 2 cups + half cup
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Sugar one te spoon
  20. Black pepper one tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take boiled noodles add oil and corn flour and salt and mix well
  2. Take a wok heat the oil and add noodles
  3. Flip over and fry till golden and crisp
  4. Now take a another wok and heat oil
  5. Add garlic and green onion
  6. Add carrot, capsicum, onions
  7. Add cabbage
  8. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce
  9. Add vinegar,
  10. Add water, salt, sugar , black pepper
  11. Take a small bowl add corn flour and water to make a paste
  12. Add this paste to the gravy
  13. Add shejwan sauce
  14. Now take a serving bowl add fried noodles and pour the gravy
  15. Garnish with green onion and serve hot
