  2. 1/2cup chopped spinach

  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Chilli flakes to taste .
  8. Phylo sheets as required
  9. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED MUSHROOM S AND SPINACH
  2. ADD FETA CHEESE
  3. ADD GRATED CHEESE
  4. ADD BLACK PEPPER AND SALT
  5. MIX WELL
  6. MIX BOILED CORN AND CORNSTARCH
  7. CUT PHYLLO SHEETS INTO SQUARE PIECES
  8. PUT FETA CHEESE SPINACH MIXTURE IN THE CENTER OF PHYLO SHEET APPLY MAIDA SLURRY ON SIDES
  9. TIGHTLY FOLD LIKE POTALI
  10. FRY THEM ON MEDIUM HEAT
  11. FRY TILL GOLDEN
  12. YOUR FRIED PHYLLO POTALIS STUFFED WITH CHEESY SPINACH MASHROOM CORN MIXTURE ARE READY TO SERVE
