This crispy,surprising granola is full of nuts,seeds,dried fruits and whole grains.This granola is filled with crunchy ,tasty,healthy add-ins that keep kids full and provide them with awesome nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poped popcorn 6 cups
  2. Dry coconut 1 cup
  3. Sliced Almonds 1 cup
  4. Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
  5. Rolled oats 1/2 cup
  6. Raisins/carnberries dried 1/2 cup
  7. Butter 85 gms/6Tbsp
  8. honey 1/4 cups
  9. Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  10. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. LINE A GREASED BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT paper
  2. MIX 6 CUPS POPPED CORN, 1 CUP Sliced ALMONDS, 1/2 CUP EACH OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS & OATS
  3. ADD 1 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT, MIX
  4. MELT 6 TBSP BUTTER
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP HONEY, 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE, 1/2 TSP CINNAMON POWDER, MIX
  6. POUR THE HOT BUTTER MIX OVER THE POPCORN MIXTURE, STIR WELL
  7. SPREAD THIS IN THE READY BAKING TRAY
  8. BAKE AT 190 DEGREES IN A PRE HEATED OVEN FOR 5 MINS
  9. STIR, BAKE AGAIN FOR 5 MINS
  10. MIX IN 1/2 CUP RAISINS
  11. TRANSFER TO ANOTHER TRAY, COOL
  12. STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT JAR
