Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 Medium sized chapatis
  2. Finely chopped ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon
  3. Chopped Green capsicum 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
  5. 1 cup tomato puree
  6. Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 Tablespoon oil
  10. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TIGHTLY ROLL ROTIS
  2. CHOP INTO THIN ROUNDS
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN PAN. STIR FRY 1 TBSP GINGER- GARLIC, 1/2 CUP ONIONS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP GREEN CAPSICUM AND COOK FOR A MINUTE
  5. ADD 1 CUP TOMATO PUREE AND COOK UNTIL RAW TASTE DISAPPEARS
  6. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP RED CHILI AND 1/2 TSP PEPPER, SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS
  8. ADD ROTI NOODLES, COOK FOR 3 MINS. SERVE HOT
