Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken boneless 150 gms
  2. Salt and black pepper to taste
  3. Oil 2 tbsp
  4. Whole spices - jeera 1/4 tsp
  5. Black peppercorns 4
  6. Clove 3-4
  7. Green Cardamom 1
  8. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  9. Dry red chili 1
  10. Ginger garlic green chili crushed 1/4 cup
  11. Onion 1 chopped
  12. Tomato 1/2 cup chopped
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  18. Jeera powder 1/8 tsp
  19. Water as required
  20. Curd 1 tsp
  21. kasuri methi 1 tsp
  22. Chicken masala 1/2 tsp
  23. 3 tbsp chopped Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. FRY THE CHICKEN PIECES IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL FOR 2-3 MINS, KEEP ASIDE
  2. ADD THE WHOLE SPICES, FRY FOR A FEW SECONDS
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP CRUSHED GINGER- GARLIC-GREEN CHILI, SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, 1/2 TSP SALT, SAUTE TILL ONIONS BROWN
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP TOMATOES, COOK UNTIL TENDER
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILI , CORIANDER POWDER
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA, SALT & 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  8. ADD 1 TSP WHISKED CURD, SAUTE TILL MASALA LEAVES OIL
  9. ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN, SAUTE FOR 4-5 MINS
  10. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CHICKEN MASALA & KASURI METHI, COOK TILL DONE
  11. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE HOT
