ABOUT Paneer Cheesy Rolls RECIPE

These rolls are very tasty and delicious this is full of vegetables. Chilli sauce make this yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cup flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. Water as needed for dough
  5. For Stuffing:
  6. 1 tsp butter
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 1 cup grated paneer
  9. 1 cup carrot grated
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tsp pepper
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 1tsp Lemon juice
  14. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  15. 1/2 cup Grated cabbage
  16. 3 tbsp red chilli sauce
  17. 3tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP BUTTER IN PAN. ADD ONION, CARROT AND PANEER AND MIX
  2. ADD SALT AND PEPPER, MIX WELL
  3. ADD SPICE POWDERS, LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL
  4. ADD CHAAT MASALA AND CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX. KEEP MIXTURE ASIDE
  5. KNEAD SMOOTH DOUGH WITH FLOUR, OIL ,SALT AND WATER. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS.ROLL THE DOUGH INTO ROTIS
  6. PLACE ROTIS ON HOT TAWA AND COOK BOTH SIDES
  7. SPREAD CHILLI SAUCE EVENLY ON ROTIS
  8. COVER HALF PART WITH CAPSICUM AND CABBAGE
  9. SPREAD PANEER MIXTURE ON TOP
  10. ADD GRATED CHEESE ON TOP AND FOLD GENTLY
  11. COOK ROLLS ON GRILL PAN WITH ADDING BUTTER
  12. ROLLS ARE READY, SERVE HOT
