ABOUT Street food Pav Bhaji RECIPE

Famous street food pav bhaji. Whenever we would go to juhu beach, pav bhaji was one snack we would always have. Making pav bhaji at home is very easy. I personaly prefer to use Amul butter while making pav bhaji, but you could use any brand.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5 tbsp butter
  2. Jeera 1 tsp
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 3 cups mixed boiled veggies
  6. Butter for garnish
  7. Chopped corriender leaves 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 cup vegetables boiled water
  10. 2 large boiled potatoes chopped
  11. 3 tsp pav bhaji masala
  12. Degi mirch 4 tsp
  13. 2 green chilli chopped
  14. 3 tomato s chopped

Instructions

  1. HEAT KADHAI ADD 5 TBSP BUTTER
  2. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  3. 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
  4. 2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. TWO CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  6. 3 TOMATOES CHOPPED
  7. SAUTE TILL SOFT
  8. MASH TOMATOES
  9. 2 CAPSICUM CHOPPED
  10. SAUTE ALL TOGETHER
  11. MASH
  12. 4 TSP DEGI MIRCH
  13. 3 TBSP PAV BHAJI MASALA
  14. MIX WELL
  15. ADD TWO BOILED POTATOS
  16. BOILED VEG
  17. BOILED PEAS 1 CUP
  18. MASH WELL
  19. SAUTE TILL SOFT
  20. SALT TO TASTE
  21. ADD BOILED VEGGIES WATER 1 CUP
  22. COOK FOR SOME TIME
  23. GARNISH WID CORRIENDER LEAVES
  24. SERVE HOT WID PAV
  25. TOP WITH BUTTER
