Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bundel coriander leaves
  2. 1 bundel palak
  3. 1 bundel methi
  4. 2tbsp oil for moyan
  5. Salt 1 1/2 tbsp or to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 2 tbsp paste of garlic, ginger and green chillies
  10. 1 glass water to bind the dough
  11. 2 bowl wheat flour

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL THE SPECIFIED SPICES IN THE WHEAT FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED FENUGREEK & SPINACH LEAVES
  3. ADD A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER LEAVES & 2 TBSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD 2 TBSP OIL, MIX
  5. ADD WATER, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH WITH GREASED HANDS
  6. ROLL A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH INTO A ROTI
  7. GRILL ON A HOT TAVA, BRUSHING GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
  8. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN, SERVE HOT
