Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For vegetables thepla : Grated doodhi 1/6 cup
  2. Grated carrots 1/6 cup
  3. Methi leaves handful
  4. Palak leaves handful
  5. Coriander leaves handful
  6. Wheat flour, Bajra flour, Ragi flour, Rava/semolina all mix total 1 cup
  7. Ginger garlic chilli paste 2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Tumeric 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  12. Chat masala 1 tsp Til 1 tsp
  13. Curd & water mix to knead the dough as much required
  14. Oil 2 tsp for moyan
  15. For filling: Kala chana Patty/Tikki ingredients
  16. 2 cups sprouted and boiled kala chana
  17. 2 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes
  18. 4 tsp dry bread crumbs
  19. 2 tsp rice flour
  20. 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  21. 1big onion finely chopped
  22. Salt to taste
  23. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  24. 1tsp coriander powder
  25. 1 tsp chat masala
  26. 1 tsp jeera powder
  27. 3-4 tsp finely chopped coriander
  28. To serve with:
  29. Lettuce leaves handful
  30. Hung curd 4 tsp
  31. Salsa 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. To make dough :
  2. Theplas are ready.
  3. Keep aside in a cassarol.
