Festivals are very important because nowadays in merocities it is very difficult to meet our relatives and friends but festivals are best reason for meeting with each other.we have parties and i am presenting starter in which i made papri chat not regular but it is different because it is baked and secondly i use chana daal in it.hope you will like it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  4. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  5. Boiled chana daal 1 cup
  6. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt
  10. Oil1 teaspoon
  11. Imli chutney
  12. Green chutney
  13. Sev bhujiya
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Take one cup flour in a bowl
  2. Add jeera and salt
  3. Add ghee and rub with fingers in flour
  4. Make a dough divide in two parts
  5. Then take one part and roll down
  6. Prick it with fork
  7. Take round cookie cutter and cut small rounds
  8. Ready all rounds of dough
  9. Grease baking tray and preheat oven
  10. Bake on 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes
  11. Heat oil and add garlic paste
  12. Then add boiled dal
  13. Add salt and chilli powder
  14. Mix all of them and cook
  15. Add lemon juice and make it dry Because we are going to make chaat of it
  16. Take papri and add chana dal over it then imli chutney
  17. Then add green chutney
  18. Sprinkle sev bhujiya and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
  19. Now our papri chaat is ready
  20. Serve and enjoy
