This is a fantastic dish .candy apple ..kids just love it .on this diwali it is a lovely dish instead of regular choclates.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Apple 2
White chocolate 100 grams
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1 tablespoon
Red colour
Mint leaf

Instructions

Take two apples and cut from downside to make flat so apple can stand straight
Chop choclate and melt on double boiler
Pour it with spatula on apple
Let it set for 20 minutes
Then again coat it with choclate Add sugar in water and caramlize it add red colour
Pour red colour on apple from center in all directions
Put mint leaf stick in lolipop stick and push stick in apple
Our candy apple is ready
It is a kids favourite dish and healthy also So enjoy this marvellous dish
