Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  2. Lemon juice 2 to 3 drops
  3. Mixed nuts total 1 cup as...
  4. Cashews 10 to 15
  5. Almonds 12 nos
  6. Unsalted Pistachios 15 nos
  7. Cardomom small 5 nos
  8. poppy seeds 2 teaspoons
  9. Sugar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take nuts in plate.
  2. Chop nuts finely.
  3. Mix all the nuts.
  4. Keep handy all ingrients as it is quick process.
  5. Grease kitchen platform with some oil.
  6. Grease rolling pin too.
  7. Add ghee in kadai and sugar.(add lemon juice to avoid crystalization)
  8. On medium flame let sugar melt.
  9. Keep stirring.
  10. Finally when it melts and become golden yellow add nuts mixture.
  11. Remove mixture on greased area.
  12. Start rolling fast before it dries.
  13. Give it shape n make as thin as possible.
  14. After rolling remove it upside down from kitchen platform to avoid sticking on it.
  15. Cut it with pizza cutter.
  16. Make pieces when it cools.
  17. You can make chikkis of different flavours using same measurements like til,sing,chana.
