  1. Maida (APF)-2 cups
  2. Sugar -2 cups
  3. Sweet soda - 1/4 tsp
  4. Yogurt - 4-5 tbs
  5. Ghee - 4-5 tbs
  6. Ghee for frying
  7. Chopped pistachios for Garnish

Instructions

  1. MAIDA-2 CUPS SUGAR -2 CUPS YOGURT -4-5 TBS GHEE-4-5 TBS SWEET SODA -1/4 TSP CHOPPED PISTACHIOS GHEE FOR FRYING
  2. SEIVED MAIDA, SWEET SODA TOGETHER
  3. ADD GHEE AND YOGURT & MIX PROPERLY
  4. MIX
  5. KNEAD A DOUGH WITH THE HELP OF FEW DROPS OF WATER
  6. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15 MINUTES
  7. MAKE SUGAR SYRUP WITH 1 CUP OF WATER
  8. STIR
  9. ONE STRING SUGAR SYRUP IS READY... SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND KEEP A SIDE
  10. MAKE SMALL TIKKIES
  11. PRESS IN CENTER
  12. DEEP FRY INTO LUKEWARM GHEE ONLY ON LOW FLAME... DON'T TOUCH THE TIKKIES AGAIN AND AGAIN..
  13. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE AND KEEP A SIDE..LET IT COOL
  14. DIP IN SUGAR SYRUP AND SPREAD THE SYRUP EVENLY AND TAKE OUT IN A PLATE
  15. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PISTACHIOS... STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
