  1. 2 potatoes chop in cubes
  2. 1/2 Red bell pepper cut in slices
  3. 2 tbsp oil for fry potato
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Salt
  6. 1 /2 tsp haldi
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp sambhar masala
  9. Lemon juice
  10. For dahi sangri ----
  11. 1/2 cup boiled sangri
  12. 1 cup curd
  13. 1 tbsp oil
  14. 1 tsp jeera
  15. Salt
  16. 1/2 tsp haldi
  17. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  18. 1 tsp coriander powder
  19. 1 red chilli
  20. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE POTATO AND CUT IN PIECES
  2. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI AND FRY THEM
  3. WHEN FRIED REMOVE FROM OIL
  4. IN SAME KADHAI ADD JEERA AND RED BELL PEPPER
  5. TILL THEN ADD SALT HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER IN RICE
  6. ADD MASALA RICE AND FRIED POTATOES IN KADHAI
  7. ADD SALT HALDI MIRCHI AND DHANIYA POWDER IN CURD AND MIX FINELY ADD JEERA ALSO
  8. HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD MASALA CURD
  9. STIR REGULARLYAND ADD SANGRI
  10. IN KADHAI WHERE PULAO IS ADD SAMBHAR MASALAAND LEMON JUICE
  11. MIX FINELY AND OUR POTATO PPULAO IS READY
  12. OUR SANGRI IS READY
  13. NOW SERVE POTATO PULAO WITH CURD SANGRI
