Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potato 1 large (mashed)
  2. Cheese 1 cup (grater)
  3. Ginger 1 spoon (grated)
  4. Salt and pepper as requested
  5. Red chilly powder half spoon
  6. Coriander powder half spoon
  7. Anardana powder 1 spoon
  8. Ajwain 1 spoon
  9. Papad 1 (crisp fry)
  10. Few mint leaves (Chopped)

Instructions

  1. FRY 1 PAPAD. SET ASIDE.
  2. INTO THE BOWL. 1 BOILED MASHED POTATO. 4 SPOON GRATED CHEESE. 1 SPOON GRATED GINGER. SALT AND PEPPER.
  3. 1 SPOON CORIANDER AND RED CHILLY POWDER. 1/2 SPOON AJWAIN. 1/2 SPOON ANARDANA.
  4. MIX ALL THE SPICES.
  5. 1 SPOON CHOPPED MINT LEAVES.
  6. ROLL THE DOUGH. SPREAD LITTLE OIL. AND POTATO FILLING.
  7. DUST SOME FLOUR BOTH THE SIDES. AND ROLL AGAIN.
  8. DEEP FRY THE POTATO PARATHA. OR U CAN SHALLOW FRY.
  9. TURN IT. LET BOTH SIDES GET BROWN AND COOKED.
  10. PUT ON TOP OF TISSUE PAPER.
  11. CUT INTO FOUR SLICE.
  12. OPEN THE TOP LAYER.
  13. CRUSH THE PAPAD ON THE TOP.
  14. GRATED CHEESE.
  15. NOW SPRINKLE SOME CHILLY FLEX AND OREGANO. SOME TOMATO SAUCE ON THE TOP.
  16. GARNISH WITH MINT LEAVES.
