Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1.tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. Water as needed to make dough
  8. Seseme seeds for sprinkle
  9. Corriebder leaves chhoped
  10. For stuffing:-
  11. 2-3 medium sized boiled potato
  12. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  13. 2 green chillies finely chhoped
  14. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1.tsp corriender powder
  16. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  17. 1 tsp graram masala

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  2. ADD BAKING POWDER, SUGAR, SALT, OIL AND MIX ALL
  3. ADD WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH
  4. LIKE THIS
  5. COVER IT AND LET IT REST FOR 15 MINUTES
  6. IN A BOWL ADD BOIL POATOES AND MASH IT
  7. MASH WITH NO LUMPS
  8. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, GREEN CHILLIES, DRY MANGO POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
  9. STUFFING IS READY
  10. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF THE DOUGH AND DUST SOME FLOUR ON THE KITCHEN SLAB
  11. ROLL OUT
  12. PUT A SMALL BALL OF READY STUFFING AND SEAL IT PROPERLY
  13. SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS AND CORRIENDER LEAVES ON IT
  14. ROLL OVAL SHAPE
  15. APPLY WATER ON IT
  16. HEAT A GRIDDLE AND FLIP THE KULCHA ON IT
  17. WHEN BUBBLES APPEAR ON UPER SIDE TURN THE GRIDDLE AND ROAST WITH DIRECT FLAME
  18. APPLY BUTTER AND SERVE WITH CURD AND PICKLE
