Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 gms Macaroni
  2. 1/2 cup Full cream milk
  3. 50 gm Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  4. 1 Onion Finely chopped
  5. 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  6. 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  7. 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
  8. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. BOIL 100 GMS MACARONI WITH 1 TSP SALT IN 1.5 LITRES OF WATER FOR 5 MINS
  2. IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL, FRY 2 GARLIC CLOVES
  3. ADD 1 ONION & FRY
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP DRIED ROSEMARY
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK, BRING TO A BOIL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  6. ADD 40 GMS OF CHEESE TO THE MILK MIXTURE
  7. ADD THE COOKED MACARONI
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD 3/4 TSP PEPPER
  10. TRANSFER INTO OVEN PROOF BOWLS
  11. SPRINKLE 10 GMS GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  12. BAKE AT 2OO DEGREES FOR 13 MINS TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP
  13. SERVE HOT
