  1. Rawa 3 cups
  2. DAHI 1 cup
  3. Onion 1/4 cup
  4. Tomtao 1/4 cup
  5. Cabbage 1/4 cup
  6. Carrot 1/4 cup
  7. Capsicum 1/4 Cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green chillies 3

Instructions

  1. ADD RAWA IN A BOWL. SIEVE DAHI. ADD TO RAWA.
  2. STRAIN DAHI
  3. ADD WATER AS PER REQUIREMENTS.
  4. MIX
  5. ADD IN THE FOLLOWING. CABBAGE 1/4 CUP ONION 1/4 CUP TOMATO 1/4 CUP CARROTS 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM 1/4 CUP GREEN CHILLIES 3
  6. MIX
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. HEAT TAWA. APPLY SOME GHEE. MAKE UTTAPAMS.
  9. FLIP AND COOK.
  10. UTTAPAM READY TO SERVE.
