This soup is very healthy and easy to make soup.Its my all time favourite noodles soup.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Olive oil-2 tablespoon
  2. Instant masala noodles-240 gram
  3. Garlic Julienne-2 tablespoon
  4. Ginger Julienne-1 tablespoon
  5. Spring onion-3/4 cup
  6. Carrot grated-1 large
  7. Chopped French beans-2/3 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper-1 heaped teaspoon
  10. Milk-1 glass
  11. For garnishing,
  12. Few Julienne of ginger
  13. Few Spring onion strips
  14. Chopped spring onion-1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. FRY 2 TBSP GARLIC IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL FOR 1 MINUTE.
  2. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER
  3. ADD 1 GRATED CARROT
  4. ADD 2/3 CUPS FRENCH BEANS
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD 1 PACKET NOODLES MASALA
  7. ADD 1 GLASS OF MILK
  8. ADD 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  9. ADD 25O GMS INSTANT NOODLES
  10. COVER & COOK FOR 3-4 MINS
  11. ADD 1 CUP HOT WATER, SIMMER
  12. ADD 3/4 TH CUP SPRING ONION GREENS, TAKE OFF HEAT AND LET IT STAND FOR 5 MINS
  13. GARNISH WITH SPRING ONIONS & GINGER JULIENNES, SERVE HOT
