ABOUT VEG CHUTNEY NOODLES RECIPE

An indo Chinese preparation with hakka noodles, mix vegetables and raw mango chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For cooking noodles
  2. Hakka Noodles- 1 pack
  3. Water- 5-6 cup
  4. Oil- 1 tsp
  5. Salt- 1/2 tsp
  6. Water for rinsing cooked noodles
  7. Other ingredients for cooking noodles
  8. Sliced onion- 2pcs
  9. Slit green chilli- 2pcs
  10. Sliced mixed bell pepper- 1cup
  11. Sliced carrot- 1pcs
  12. Chopped spring onion- 1pcs
  13. Sliced Cabbage- 1cup
  14. Finely chopped garlic- 1tab
  15. Raw mango chutney- 2tab
  16. Tomato ketchup- 1tab
  17. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  18. Olive oil- 1tab
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil to a pan put on to a high flame.
  2. Saute garlic and green chilli for a minute.
  3. Add sliced onion and cook for 1 to 2 minute.
  4. Add all sliced veggies and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Pour raw mango chutney and tomato ketchup.
  6. Add salt and black pepper powder.
  7. Mix it well.
  8. Add cooked noodles.
  9. Toss it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Switch off the flame.
  11. Serve hot.
