ABOUT Ema Datshi (Bhutanese national food) RECIPE

Ema means cilli/ pepper and Datshi is cheese. This flavourful cilli pepper cheese stew is delicious and spicy. Bhutanese use a locally produced cheese made of Yak milk but we can easily prepare this delicious dish at home with other cheeses like feta cheese.
